The care edit

Made to be treasured.

Beautiful hair deserves beautiful care. Follow this guide to protect your investment and keep your texture looking exceptional for years to come.

The ritual

Five steps, done well.

Raw Indian single donor and virgin hair is not treated, so it responds to gentle, consistent care. Treat these steps as a ritual, not a chore.

01

Cleanse gently

Wash every ten to fourteen wears with a sulphate free shampoo and lukewarm water. Cleanse in one direction, from the crown down, to keep the cuticles aligned.

02

Condition deeply

Apply a nourishing conditioner or hair mask from mid length to the ends. Leave for fifteen minutes, then rinse cool to seal the cuticle and lock in shine.

03

Dry with care

Press gently in a microfibre towel and allow the hair to air dry. If you use heat, keep the tool on the lowest effective setting and always use a heat protectant.

04

Style with intention

Comb from the ends upward with a wide tooth comb. Avoid heavy products at the root, which can dull the hair and weigh down natural movement.

05

Rest and store

Store on a silk sleeve or satin hanger. Before sleeping, loosely braid the hair or wrap it in silk to prevent friction and tangling.

By texture

Care for the finish you chose.

Straight

Air dry flat, then press on low heat to restore the natural fall. A light serum on the ends keeps the finish polished.

Wavy

Refresh the wave with a water and leave in conditioner mist. Detangle while damp and never brush the wave out while dry.

Curly

Co wash every two weeks and define the curl with a curl cream. Dry with a diffuser on low heat to keep definition intact.

Slightly Wavy

Keep water warm rather than hot. A light oil on the ends protects the natural bend and keeps virgin hair soft.

Always

  • Detangle with a wide tooth comb, starting at the ends.
  • Use a heat protectant whenever you apply heat.
  • Store your hair on silk or satin between wears.

Never

  • Chlorine, salt water and strong sunlight without protection.
  • Sulphates, alcohol heavy products and heavy root oils.
  • Sleeping on cotton or brushing the hair while it is dry.
